The new openness
of the Villa S.

Modern lightness and exciting contrasts
have been sensitively incorporated into the structure of the 1930s villa designed by the Austrian

Living outside and inside
with lots of light, air, connecting color elements and selected design classics.

View over the city park to Lake Traunsee
The cubic extension opens up a light-flooded "sala terrena" to the historic property, as well as generous terrace areas for relaxed outdoor living.

Open spatial structure for the harmonious interplay of old and new
In addition to unusual shapes, it is special materials that give the interior its character: a dining table whose design explores the materiality of the wafer-thin metal top to the limits of delicacy and stability, floor lamps that catch the light like balloons, and lounge furniture that presents the feeling of living in relaxed simplicity.

Invitation to linger or to talk:
The spaces in between were also designed with a great deal of attention and character.
