Therefore, we exclusively process your personal data on the basis of legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, Telecommunications Act - TKG 2003). The following information will assist in informing you about the primary aspects of data processing on this website.
Your rights
As a basic principle, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that our processing of your data is a breach of data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed upon in any other way, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the so-called Datenschutzbehörde (data protection authority).
Contacting us
If you contact us via a form on the website or via email, the data provided by you will be stored with us for the duration of six months for the purpose of processing your query and for the event of subsequent questions on our or your part. We will not forward your data without your consent.
Newsletter
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your email address and the declaration on your part that you consent to receiving the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you an email with a link for the confirmation of your subscription. You may at any time cancel your subscription to the newsletter. Please send your cancellation notification to the following email address: office@bruckmueller-wohnen.at. We will subsequently delete your data relating to newsletter distribution.
Web Analysis
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by changing your browser settings not to allow cookies to be stored. We have contractual agreement regarding processing of contact data with the service provider. Your IP address will be recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e. g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This only allows a very approximate localization. Google is certified via Privacy Shield, the EU-US agreement on data protection, and thereby bound to compliance with EU privacy rules. The basis for data processing is Art 96, paragraph 3 of the TKG (Telecommunications Act) as well as Art 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph a, (consent) and/or f (legitimate interests) of the GDPR. One of our primary concerns, as specified in the GDPR (legitimate interests), is to further improve our offer and our presence on the web. As our users’ privacy is of utmost importance to us, all user data is pseudonymized.
