AMPLE SPACE FOR CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

extends over three floors in apartment B. in Vienna's second district. As part of the modernization of a residential building from the 1970s, we were entrusted with the creation of a completely new furnishing concept. A play on the aesthetics of this era, which was carefully translated into a contemporary design language.

A sophisticated play with
baroque charm

In keeping with the exclusive location of the old apartment in Vienna's 3rd district near the Belvedere Palace, we were asked to create a classically elegant ambience in keeping with the surroundings.

A new kitchen era has begun for us with Appartement W: We are the only dealer in Austria to stock high-end kitchens from the Italian luxury brand Arclinea and this apartment is the first in which we have installed them. The almost indescribable high quality of the materials and the technical sophistication, thought through from start to finish, make planning and installing these kitchens a special pleasure - and even more so, of course, cooking and enjoying them.

An upholstered island of calm is rightly the main protagonist of the sleeping area, while the closet keeps a low profile thanks to the wall design in the same color. Sophisticated plays of light from the glass bedside lamps add excitement to the room without creating a sense of unease.

With Maxalto, Gallotti&Radice, Arclinea and others, the avant-garde of renowned brand manufacturers has found its way into Appartement W.. Only the most exclusive furniture series by international designers have been used, and we can rely on an exceptionally high level of quality.

A harmonious spatial concept extends throughout the apartment: materials and furniture that reflect the period from which the house originates and at the same time transform it into the modern age. Design elements from Art Deco and Art Nouveau meet the most innovative technologies. Existing room structures have been optimally adapted to the contemporary needs of the residents.
